Return and exchange can be done within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in good condition. We will not refund any delivery costs and accordingly, the customer will be charged AED25 for shipping options REGULAR-FREE, AED28 for COD-FREE, and AED50 for EXPRESS. Likewise, the customer will be responsible for arranging the courier necessary to return the items.
