Do you deliver?

Yes, we arrange delivery within the UAE with some exception to remote areas.

Do you deliver outside UAE?

Sorry, we only deliver within UAE at this time.

How much is the shipping fee?

20 AED for order weighing 5 kg and less; Additional of 2 AED per kg in excess of the 5 kg

Do you arrange free shipment?

We don’t arrange free shipment as we are working with a third party courier agent who charge fees

How long is the delivery time?

3 to 5 working days upon collection of your package from our shop by courier

What is your mode of payment?

For local delivery, we accept online payment and cash on delivery (COD).
For local pickup, we accept credit card and cash in our shop in Al Rigga

What is your shop timing?

Sun to Thu: 10am – 10pm (breaktime 2-4pm) Sat: 11am – 8pm Fri: Closed

Where is your shop located?

We are located at G/F Dar Al Rigga Building, Al Rigga Road, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

5 to 10 minutes walk from Al Rigga Metro station; Building is after ADCB Bank but before the Tasheel / Amer. Same bldg. as Khirat Al Madinat Supermarket

Do you customize boxes?

We don’t customize boxes / products. We sell ready made products.
