Shipping Policy

We deliver to the seven Emirates of the UAE subject to access availability of our courier in your area.

 SHIPPING OPTIONS*

• FREE : 1-3 working days | orders AED150+ | 3-5 working days in isolated areas | Express delivery not included
• EXPRESS : 4-16h | Dubai only | AED50 | No COD | Isolated areas not included
• REGULAR : 1-2 working days | AED25 | 3-5 working days in isolated areas
• COD : 1-2 working days | AED28 | 3-5 working days in isolated areas

PAYMENT METHOD

• Pre-paid : we accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple pay and Google pay
• COD : we accept Cash-On-Delivery payments with additional charges

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

• All orders processed under shipping options REGULAR, COD, and FREE will be delivered within 1-2 days and 3-5 working days in isolated areas.
• Orders processed under EXPRESS shipping options will be delivered same-day within the cut-off (before 12pm) and the next day if beyond the cut-off. 

In case of a return shipment due to mistaken order placements, kindly refer to our RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY.
