Sugarflair Sugarcel – CMC 14g. Ideal for coloring fondant, sugar paste, royal icing and buttercream.
CMC is a gum tragacanth substitute powder that when added to fondant / sugar paste will strengthen it for making modelling paste. It may also be added to royal icing to make a modelling paste. (This will make a whiter icing). It is handy to keep in the cupboard for when you need to strengthen paste. A CMC substitute for quick strengthening of sugar paste.
To Use: Add approx. 1 tsp to 250g of sugar paste to strengthen. Knead in well and leave for a minimum of 1-2 hrs (if possible leave for 24hrs). This will make a modelling/flower paste suitable for any modelling or flower projects. Allergy Advice: Suitable for vegetarians. Gluten-free. Kosher certified.
